Definition: A download of a specific file is counted ONCE per machine as identified by its IP address and ONCE per month.
A check of source code downloads for Linux for December shows that a large fraction of "downloads" seem to come from machines with reasonable IP names.
Source code of Patches to releases are not taken by our users! This is not shown - there is nothing to show. For the binary distribution we only offer the libraries including the patches, so after a patch there is a clear switchover.
