Please, fill out this form in all its fields, specifying the chosen Hotel and related details. We blocked some rooms (period ranging from October 28th to November 5th) in the Hotels specified in this list:
  • The Cardinal Hotel
  • Best Western Creekside Inn
  • Sky Ranch Motel
Booking of those rooms must be confirmed by September 30th, after that date the reservation will expire. For information about the hotel (price range, distance, ...), or for a different accommodation, have a look to the list of Hotels.
For other accomodations in different locations, please have a look in the Web page on " Accommodations ".
A confirmation of your registration will be sent to you by e-mail, together with a form ( PS-file) you should fax to the Hotel you selected.
If you select a different accommodation from the ones suggested above, you should take care of booking & confirm the room in time.

We would like to organize a tour in the Bay Area (weather permitting). In order to evaluate the cost, we need to know as soon as possible the number of people whose intention is to join the tour.

Please note that a registration fee of approximately $125 is foreseen. The fee should be paid in cash on the first day of the Workshop.
