Progress:
24.10: Contributors to Geant4 mostly identified, work on copyright holders in progress
27.4: Mail soliciting pictures sent, web page needs to be created.
27.6: Proposal available on web, needs to be discussed via e-mail and at CC meeting
27.13: The question around the toolkit guide is still open.
28.6: Strong interest to organize Users Workshop and possibly a G4 Tutorial in 2005.

31.4: New design of particles has impact on hadronic physics list, study ongoing.
Remarks made:
Need discussion on format for source of documentation. The html2ps tool seems to be deprecated at CERN. Docbook could be viable alternative, converters html to docbook do exist.
Fix for a side effect caused by the unknown particle is in cvs, should be distributed with upcoming patch to Geant4 7.0
Reports from other meetings:
Collaboration Board (CB) meeting: The Collaboration Agreement was discussed. A revised proposal had been circulated late in December. This revised proposal has met approval by CB.
During the CMS software week, Geant4 was declared 'bugfree'. Fast shower simulation continue to be discussed.
2. Potential work items
A majority of working groups made possible work items for 2005 available on the web, and these were discussed during the meeting. A few The low energy electromagnetic working group needs to meet to discuss its plan ( see Action Item 32.1). The discussion of the plan of work for the hadronic working group are not finished and a preliminary version was presented (see Action Item 32.2)
3. Collaboration objectives for 2005 and beyond
To combine the work items into few collaboration wide milestones, J.A. made a proposal for potential milestones: Documentation, Robustness, Software improvement, Usability improvements. During the discussion, MGP underlined the need for a scientific project in Geant4, MM suggest that G4 should be in competition to other MC codes like EGS or MNCP, also in medical and biological applications.

LHCb reported three problems, these will be addressed by a patch before April.

6. Geant4 Workshop 2005
The website of the workshop (http://geant4.in2p3.fr/2005) is well advanced. Small improvements were suggested. The international advisory committee needs to be finalized before the conference can be announced.
7. Collaboration Agreement and Geant4 license
A revision of the Collaboration agreement was sent to all TSB members end of December 2004. This revision was approved by the Collaboration Board at its meeting in December. After a short discussion, the TSB took an open vote. All members present with one exception were in favor of ratifying the current document. JA was mandated to return the document with the agreement of a strong majority of the TSB to the CB.

A category coordinators meeting will be organized within about two weeks to discuss technical items which came up during discussions.
