o Redesign and implementation of the verbose related
 methods (Selective Verbosity) (continued)
o Investigating requirements on interaction 
 snapshot and adding touchable to secondaries 
 (continued)
o To clarify and document what part of Geant4 has the
 responsibility to kill tracks that come to a rest (?)
 This responsibility was moved from processes to tracking some time ago. 
 11-Jun-07: VI reports that defense against cases of zero
 velocity exist in both EM code and transportation.
