Consequences:
- Need commitment of labs and institutes to shared maintenance (via MOUs ?)
- Need for a more representative board than LCB
- Need for a robust collaboration structure (encouraged by RD44 referees)

- Open participation to the G4 evolution task-force for the interested GEANT4 collaborators
