SB 47: TS reports that a document is under preparation.
SB 53: TS reports that the document is almost ready.
SB 54: TS reported to the SB: the current implementation is decided as a quick solution for zero energy particles. The problem was happened when the energy of the particle becomes lower than zero during the process loop in SteppingManager as the result of summing up energy loss. But also this problem may happen inside a process. A process may have a hierarchy of processes inside and this has already happened for implementing event biasing. If a processes cannot handle particles with below zero energy, it is the limitation of the processes and it should be responsible for protecting from problems. All processes should check the energy of the particle if necessary. Still, it is not easy to check all of the processes and is agreed to provide the solution as a temporal solution. We should change the processes when we have a time not to loose generalities. For the treatment of electric field, we may prepare a new particle type for a stopping ion which only have the transportation process as a replica of the concerning particle. When the energy of the particle becomes zero, the original particle is killed and replaced with the new one. This helps to save CPU time. When the particle obtain some energy from the E-field, we may change the particle type again to the original one. Also a new process for handling electric fields will be necessary to implement the mechanism.
